Public Allies Indianapolis is a branch of the national Public Allies organization that focuses on developing young leaders through a ten-month program of full-time, paid apprenticeships in nonprofit organizations. Participants, known as Allies, receive leadership training, mentorship, and hands-on experience working on community projects. The goal is to cultivate diverse leaders committed to social justice and community improvement while providing valuable support to local nonprofits.
