Experiential and aspirational career exposure program for Black and Latina girls aged 11 and up… because girls “have to see it to be it. The Aspire Higher Foundation is a non-profit organization that works to improve the lives of people in the Near Northwest Neighborhood of Indianapolis, Indiana. The organization’s mission is to create vibrant community spaces and innovative programs that address social injustice, systemic racism, and disinvestment. The foundation’s programs include:

  • Aspire House
    A community center and innovation hub that operates in a historic firehouse. The center offers a variety of programs for youth, families, and seniors, including sports clinics, cooking classes, and career exposure programs.
  • BlaTina Career Exposure Programs
    These programs provide opportunities for Black and Latina girls to grow personally and professionally through activities, field trips, and conversations with women who look like them.
  • Mental Wellness Programs
    The foundation believes that a healthy mind is a healthy soul, and that giving students space to engage with their emotions and thoughts can help them grow
