InTouch Outreach (ITOR) is here to help individuals and families who are experiencing hardship. We’re certified and recognized by the State of Indiana as a Regional Recovery Hub (RRH) Recovery Community Organization (RCO). We provide Certified Peer Support, Wellness Support services, support groups and Community Outreach to individuals, families and communities who may be experiencing a crisis.
