Teach for America-Indianapolis is part of a national organization that recruits and trains recent college graduates and professionals to teach in under-resourced schools. Their mission is to address educational inequity by placing highly motivated teachers in classrooms where they can make a significant impact on student achievement. These teachers commit to at least two years of service, working to provide quality education and support to students, while also becoming lifelong advocates for educational equity.
